Flights are seen by most people to be very stressful affairs; being cramped in a compressed environment for hours at a time with little movement or freedom. Bill Gates even once said that the best way to look like your passport photo (tired and worn out) is to actually use your passport and rake a flight. Many of us budget time after flights to recuperate and get out selves together. Indeed, flights have the potential to be very stressful and tiring. But what if you could get off a flight and actually feel refreshed? The truth is you can in and few easy steps.
1. Drink water; one o the biggest cues of tiredness after a flight is dehydration. It’s not wise to go ours and hours without any hydration. Drink a lot of water before the flight and take several gulps of water every 30 minutes to an hour. This keeps your system refreshed and you’re less likely to feel groggy afterward.
2. Stretch: sitting in one position for so long isn’t good for the body. Engage in some light exercise like stretching your feet, rotating your ankles and elbows, stretching the fingers and flexing your back muscles.
3. Sleep: sleeping on a flight can be and difficult task, But it doesn’t have to be. Some people opt for sleeping pulls before every flight. Try to take and travel pillow with you and maybe keep a plat list of relaxing music on hand.
Flights don’t have to be horrible, uncomfortable affairs. With exercise, hydration, and sleep, you too can get odd your flight feeling refers ed and ready to take on the world.
