Carrots contain 12 grams of carbohydrates and 4 grams of fiber. When fiber and carbohydrates doesn’t get digested in your intestine, they become fermented in the colon. This results in gas formation in the intestines, leading to stomach cramps, bloating and gas trap.

For these reasons, one should always eat carrots in moderate quantity.
