-The great will
As it is said, “where there’s a will, there’s a way!” Black Panther highlights the quest to right a wrong done several years ago by his father. Despite having the opportunity to rest peacefully in death and join the past kings in the afterlife, King T’Challa insisted on fighting a lost battle at first. He eventually succeeded and got back Wakanda for its people while spreading the activities of the kingdom abroad.
– Cultural awareness and preservation
History has suggested that Africans have downplayed the importance of their core cultures and have given room for the infiltration of the foreign culture on its shores. Black Panther brings to life the pride in cultural heritage, belief system and values. Despite the exposure to an alien culture, T’Challa stuck to his roots even in the face of great challenges.

Who would have believed that an East African nation located in the tropics of Africa would experience snow like it does in the temperate parts of the world; this is according to the Black Panther movie. This revelation was shocking as we saw scenes of snow covered areas during the cause of the movie. How revealing!!
– Africa has superheroes
Contrary to popular belief that superheroes are for only the Western World, Black Panther revealed that Africa has its own superhero: richer than Bruce Wayne and Tony Stark; with a cooler power suit and an advanced technology lab, the Western world thinks its existence is a myth.
– Women Rule
From the incredible Women of Wakanda to the wonderful crew of women who worked behind the scenes in various aspects from wardrobe through to cinematography, Black Panther’s Director ensured that he was surrounded by and celebrated the power of women on and off the screen!
