Detoxification involves resting, cleansing, and nourishing the body from the inside out by removing toxins and feeding your body with healthy nutrients. This can help protect you from diseases.

Detoxification helps the body’s natural cleansing process through:

  1. Stimulating the liver to eliminate toxins from the body;
  2. Promoting elimination through the kidneys, intestines, and skin;
