This episode explores the growing trend of young Africans across the continent towards Entrepreneurship and the desire and quest for alternative or unconventional careers and lifestyles. The episode features a strong motivational address I gave to Youth Corpers at the Lagos Business School on what it actually takes to become an entrepreneur as well as an insightful contribution from an award winning photographer, the founder and CEO of the photography firm Fotolighthouse, on how he left a promising career with a blue chip consulting firm to follow his heart and become an entrepreneur.

The episode aims to highlight what exactly is required for someone to become an entrepreneur and stay the course over time.
