It seems at this point that there is nothing we won’t put on nails: We’ve put stones, glitter and all sorts, but one of the less-used and more interesting additions is fur. Yes, fur.
We can’t say for sure where or how or why the trend originated in the first place, but it began popping up on runways a few years ago and have become a bit of an underground trend.
Needless to say, the look isn’t the most functional or practical. We can’t imagine washing, bathing or cooking with these nails. Still, if it floats your boat, you can go ahead and try it.
If you chose to DIY them, it can be achieved by putting a layer or nail polish or adhesive on the nail, and them applying the fur. Some fur is sold in strips and some is sold shaved and can be applied in patterns of many types.
