Honey Face Mask – This is to help retain moisture on dry skin. Rub 1 tablespoon of honey between your palms and apply to your face. Leave on for 5 – 10 minutes before you wash it off.

Sea Salt Body Scrub – When you want to take a break from store-bought body scrubs, mix a 2 to 1 ratio of olive oil and sea salt to make a quick and effective body scrub. This helps get rid of dead skin cells, leaving you with a softer, more glowing skin.

Apple Cider Vinegar Clarifying Shampoo – To help eliminate any build up in your hair, mix ¼ cup organic apple cider vinegar with 1 cup water. Follow with your favourite conditioner.

Banana And Egg Hair Treatment – For shiny hair, mix one egg and one mashed up banana. Apply the paste to your hair and leave it on for 10 – 30 minutes. Wash it out and continue with you wash day rituals.
